Overview

boxtool.io is a collection of free online tools. We are committed to protecting your privacy. The short version: we do not collect, store, or transmit your files or personal data.

All file processing (image conversion, PDF manipulation, color extraction, QR code generation) happens entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript. No files are ever uploaded to our servers.

What we do NOT collect

• Files you upload or process with our tools
• Passwords, emails, or account information (we have no accounts)
• Payment information
• Personally identifiable information

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns (page views, geographic regions, referrer sources). This data is anonymized and does not identify individual users. You can opt out via your browser's privacy settings or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Advertising

boxtool.io uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google may use cookies and device identifiers to show relevant ads based on your browsing history across websites. You can manage your ad preferences at adssettings.google.com.

Cookies

boxtool.io itself does not set cookies. Google Analytics and Google AdSense may set their own cookies as described in Google's Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

We use Vercel for hosting (subject to Vercel's Privacy Policy) and Cloudflare for DNS and CDN (subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy). These services may collect standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) as part of normal web infrastructure operation.
